OpenMP Parallel For Backend (backend/parallel_for.openmp.hpp)

Implements OpenCV's ParallelForAPI using OpenMP, enabling multi-threaded execution of parallel_for_ loops via omp.h. Reuse when integrating OpenMP as the threading backend for OpenCV core parallelism.
