Release Token Mismatch Exception (Exceptions/LivewireReleaseTokenMismatchException.php)

Throws a 419 HTTP exception when Livewire detects a release token mismatch caused by a new deployment invalidating the user's session. Reuse for handling stale asset/session conflicts after deploys.
